Seen both of these for sale in Japan. 360, 2wd and 20 grand price tags before shipping and landing but super rare. Be a cool street rod daily I think
Would be kinda cool slammed.

And useless. But as the owner of many useless vehicles, I can't judge.

It’s still a 1500 chassis. It’s got room. Be handy unit but Prince George winters might be a struggle at times

Way overkill, but with some spare time at work, our resident machinist helped me make some y air fittings for my compressor for the Jeep. I’ve wanted to fill 2 tires at a time so I spend less time staring at tires while it fills and it’ll speed it up a tiny bit. But a t fitting slows the airflow down too much and I was getting a big pressure difference between tires, like 10-15 psi, so I wanted a narrow angle y fitting that was equal length. So he taught me a bit about 3D modeling in the computer, then some lathe work and some time on the milling machine. Finished with powder coat on top.

That is definitely overkill for an air fitting. Looks nice though.

Happened across a lowered Cherokee at the wrecker a couple weeks back. Thought his methods were questionable, but I guess you cant argue with results?

That's pretty terrifying. Looks like it has shackles at both ends? I guess it can't really move around because they're jammed in place though. :homer:

They're pretty easy to lower if you just put a new spring perch on the bottom and flip them to SUA.

Since I can’t work on my jeeps yet, or wheel them I got a
1/18 axial Capra for bombing around the house. Now I need a scale model KOH course.

Our awesome machinist that was on loan at work from the big dam is heading back to his regular job. So I shared my intrusive thoughts and got him curious so he friction welded 2 1/4” pipe nipples together. Was crazy. 1000rpm one end in the chuck and the other in the tool holder with the brake on and as soon as it got red hot and started to roll at the seam the piece stopped turning and was fused solid. You can the the spin marks of the chuck on the one piece when it fused
